At OzMo Artisan Chocolates we want every customer to enjoy our products safely. The information below provides general allergen and ingredient guidance. Please always check the individual product information before consuming our chocolates.

Couverture Chocolate Shells

  • Dark Chocolate 55% – (Soya)

  • Milk Chocolate 35%– (Soya, Milk)

  • White Chocolate 33%– (Soya, Milk)

Fillings for the bonbons

Ganaches
White chocolate (Soya, Milk), sugar, glucose syrup, butter (Milk), cream (Milk) Flavours include: raspberry, mango & passionfruit purees, lemon juice, Chai.

Caramels

Caramel ganache: sugar, glucose syrup, cream (Milk), white chocolate (Milk), butter (Milk) Fruit puree as stated above.
Caramel Fudge sugar, cream (Milk), white chocolate (Soya, Milk) Flavours include salt, orange & lemon zest, vanilla, Dark (Soya) Milk (Soya, Milk) chocolate.

Nut fillings

Hazelnut or Pistachio Paste milk/white chocolate (Hazelnut, Pistachio, Soya, Milk).

Nuts

Some of our chocolates contain Hazelnuts and Pistachio nuts.

Gluten Information

No wheat products are actively used in our recipes. However, we cannot guarantee that our chocolates are completely gluten-free, as some ingredients are labelled “may contain grains and wheat.”

E numbers

We use SoSaSe organic coloured cocoa butters in the decoration of some bonbons.

The cream used in some fillings contains Milk and is stabilised for longer shelf life. Please check the individual product information for the full ingredient list.

Plant-based options: On request, I can offer plant-based fillings, although these generally have a shorter shelf life. Please contact us to discuss availability.
