Allergen Awareness & Ingredients Information

At OzMo Artisan Chocolates we want every customer to enjoy our products safely. Please read the information below carefully before consuming our chocolates.

Chocolate Shells

  • Dark Chocolate 55% – (Soya)

  • Milk Chocolate 35%– (Soya, Milk)

  • White Chocolate 33%– (Soya, Milk)

Fillings for the bonbons

Ganaches
White chocolate (Soya, Milk), sugar, glucose syrup, butter (Milk), cream (Milk) Flavours include: raspberry, mango, passionfruit puree, lemon juice.

Caramels

Caramel ganache: sugar, glucose syrup, cream (Milk), white chocolate (Milk), butter (Milk) Fruit puree as stated above.
Caramel Fudge sugar, cream (Milk), white chocolate (Soya, Milk) Flavours include salt, orange zest, vanilla, Dark (Soya) Milk (Soya, Milk) chocolate.

Nut fillings

Hazelnut or Pistachio Paste milk/white chocolate (Nuts, Soya, Milk).

Nuts

Some of our chocolates contain Hazelnuts and Pistachio nuts. (N)

Gluten Information

Laura is gluten intolerant, and no wheat products are actively used in our recipes. However, we cannot guarantee that our chocolates are completely gluten-free, as some ingredients are labelled “may contain grains and wheat.”

We use SoSaSe organic coloured cocoa butters in the decoration of some bonbons. These may include E171 titanium dioxide and in some cases AZO dyes.
Southampton Colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Vegan - On request we can offer Vegan fillings but they have a shorter shelf life in general. Please contact us to discuss
